The service

Asyde is a browser extension that reads the page you are viewing, on request, and helps you act on it — summarize, draft replies, extract details, fill forms for your review, and run the tools you connect. By installing or using Asyde you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Asyde.

Free use and prepaid credits

Asyde is free to use every day: you get a set number of free messages per day, no account and no card required. If you want more headroom than the daily free messages, you can buy prepaid message credit packs (50, 200, or 600 messages). One credit equals one message, credits are spent only after the daily free messages run out, and credits never expire.

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles the checkout, receipt, and any applicable sales tax or VAT; your card details are entered on Creem’s hosted checkout and are never seen by Asyde. Your credit balance is keyed to the email you buy with, so you can restore it on another browser with a one-time email link.

Prepaid credits are a digital product delivered immediately. If a purchase does not credit correctly, or you believe you were charged in error, email hi@asyde.app and we will make it right. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains in full when refunds are available and how to ask for one.

Your data

Asyde only reads a page when you send a message, never on sign-in or password pages, and it does not store your page content or conversations on its servers. Your settings, saved details, keys, and memories stay on your device. How Asyde handles the pages you read and the requests you make is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Use Asyde lawfully and for content you are entitled to access. Do not use it to break the terms of the sites you visit, to infringe others’ rights, to handle others’ data without authorization, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Asyde service. Tools you connect, and any keys or tokens you enter, are your responsibility.

Disclaimers and liability

Asyde uses large-language-model providers to generate replies, and their output can be wrong or incomplete — always review anything Asyde drafts, fills, or extracts before you rely on it or submit it. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asyde is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim.
